SHE PLAYS

SHE PLAYS – PADEL MADE FOR WOMEN

It all started as Yes Tribe a response to the challenging year of 2020, where belonging, sport, and community became more important than ever. What began as a way to bring women together through padel has since grown and evolved into She Plays a movement dedicated to making the sport more accessible, empowering women, and building a strong, supportive community both on and off the court.

After years of tennis and padel training, I´ve come to realize those supportive relationships are the ones that keep us engaged in our sport. That thriving through physical challenges requires fun regardless of age and sport skills.  Taught and learned in a safe environment, fun skill-building and healthy competition reward every effort.

The She Plays is our answer.  We want to teach in a fun way, where strong and athletic girls and women are challenged.  Girls motivate girls, just as women motivate women.  Our program tackles every aspect of the game, which for us as girls and women makes a lot of sense: mental, fitness, tactical and technical are all part of the padel equation.  Not for competition, but for life.  We want to offer training that enhances every aspect of padel tactics and technique, while helping our trainees become more aware of their overall performance and personal development needs.

Now, just a few years later, after coaching over 4,000 women across seven countries, I’m beyond grateful for the strong community we’ve built. Seeing so many women grow, develop, and support each other—both on and off the court—fills me with pride. 💛

Accesible and widely available opportunities for female padel players from youths to adulthood are provided under our SHE PLAYS events and programs.  Touring through Europe, I will be leading padel events and weekends specially designed for women to enjoy the sense of belonging, active lifestyle and proud team work that can be achieved through padel. See dates, countries and cities here.

This is my way of giving back to the sport that has given me so much. My mission is to maximize participation, unlock potential, and ensure long-term engagement for girls and women in padel. She Plays is about development rather than competition shifting the focus from simply choosing to play to embracing the right to move, connect, and thrive through sport.

As padel takes deeper roots in Sweden, it’s an incredible opportunity to shape a mindset and lifestyle that provides women and girls with the best possible start in the game. Let’s grow together!
